But anyway, I'm quite positive that the photo is copyrighted as I believe in such cases photographic work is automatically copyrighted.  But I had no intentions whatsoever of violating this person copyright on that image.  It was simply my way of promoting his / her blog.  My normal procedure is to show an image that I like from a particular website along with a link back to that site.  That is how I have always done it.  I have never claimed an image that I did not take myself with my own camera in my own hands.  This person just thinks he's or she's some hot shit apparently because his or her blog got nominated for an award..... whoopie!</description>
