But anyway, I'm quite positive that the photo is copyrighted as I believe in such cases photographic work is automatically copyrighted. But I had no intentions whatsoever of violating this person copyright on that image. It was simply my way of promoting his / her blog. My normal procedure is to show an image that I like from a particular website along with a link back to that site. That is how I have always done it. I have never claimed an image that I did not take myself with my own camera in my own hands.
