I almost missed MMM this week. Actually I would have just waited until tomorrow if I had missed it today. Anyway, I am late posting today’s Monday Muscle Madness picture and I apologize to those of you who subscribe to my blog, but I had a little emergency business to take care of today. I hope you enjoy the picture I chose to post this week. I know I do . This guy looks awesome!

My fitness program isn’t going so great right now. I have been very lazy over the last few days. I will never lose the weight I’m trying to get rid of if I don’t find some motivation to get the hell up off my ass….. actually it’s not all my fault… I still have sore feet from walking so much last week. Ugh!
